“Brigadeiro candy” is a Brazilian soft chocolate candy inspired by the traditional brigadeiro, but with a firmer, chewier texture similar to caramel or toffee. It’s made by slowly cooking sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, butter until it reaches a thick, dense consistency. Once cooled, it’s cut into bite-sized pieces and often wrapped individually. The result is a rich, chocolate-flavored candy with a smooth, chewy bite that melts slowly in your mouth.

Ingredients: Condensed milk, butter, glucose, milk powder and mixed spice.
